Training

Understanding, Valuing & Supporting Lived Experience Workforces (Geelong)

We’re excited to bring this training to Geelong for the first time, creating an opportunity to strengthen understanding of Lived Experience Workforces across the region. This training is for non-LEWs who want to better understand and work with their LEW colleagues. Lived Experience Workforces (LEWs) are essential in the mental health reform occurring in Victoria. However, often Lived Experience disciplines and scope are misunderstood, and well-established power dynamics and workplace processes can impede LEW ways of working.
