Scholarships & Access to Supervision
University Scholarships
The Collective offers university scholarships for lived and living experience workers in Victorian public mental health and AOD services. Scholarships support undergraduate or postgraduate study that builds management or leadership skills.
Applications for 2026 have closed. Information about 2027 scholarships will be shared later this year.

Access to Supervision
Access to Supervision supports consumer and family carer lived experience workers to access discipline-specific supervision outside their employing organisation.
Supervision provides a space to reflect on practice, stay connected to lived experience values and principles, and receive support separate from line management or clinical supervision from outside their employing organisation.
