LLEW Authentic Values-Based Support — what’s in and what’s not

Let’s go on a journey to consider the values within our LLEW roles. We can work through the similarities across disciplines and discuss any that feel different. Although I suspect we will come back to a common discussion that we all share.

Once we have considered the values, the discussion will focus on competencies and what is in scope and what’s not. We know that people will say, “yes but it looks different in…..” and I challenge us to look at the values and how they can be implemented in any setting; we just have to think creatively about how we work with others to understand that. We will provide examples from across the world in many different settings to see how it can be achieved no matter what environment you work in.
