In the system, not of the system — collaborating without clashing while staying true to LLEW values

We work in systems and truthfully, we are part of those systems but also sit on the edges of those systems. We need to be able to “play well in the sandpit” to be of any use within our roles. But, how do we do that when others keep trying to have us work outside of our scope?

This workshop will explore how we can stay true to the LLEW values, no matter what discipline you work in, nor what setting your work in. It will explore how we are there for the people we support and how we can stay strong to support them in their self-determination, even when there may be differences of opinions with non the LLEW
