The Carer Lived Experience Workforce (CLEW) is a statewide, peer-led network organisation for designated mental health Family Carer Lived Experience Workers in Victoria.
It's a community of Family Carer Lived Experience Workers (FCLEW) in mental health services across Vic.
It’s a space for knowledge sharing, support, networking, workforce development and advocacy.
Who can join?
Membership is free for people employed in designated Family Carer Lived Experience roles in Victoria.
Designated roles require lived experience as a family member, carer or supporter of someone experiencing mental health challenges.

Bi-monthly CLEW Meetings

Family Carer Co-reflection
Every second month. Online.A facilitated space for Family Carer Lived Experience Workers to reflect on their work, share experiences and learn from one another in a supportive peer environment.
Online Community: Basecamp
Connect with members between meetings to share resources, ask questions and stay up to date with workforce news and opportunities.
Workforce Development & Leadership
Receive updates about professional development, leadership opportunities, consultation activities and other initiatives relevant to the Family Carer Lived Experience Workforce.
